(This page is still in progress. Please excuse the placeholder bios on some staff.)
Alison S.
"Tell me what you know about yourself."
"Well, it really isn't worth telling... but if you let me tell you
what I imagine about myself, you'd find it a lot more interesting."
- Anne Shirley, from Anne of Green Gables
Alison has been larping for six years, and is giving staffing a try for the first time at 7V. She's hoping the experience doesn't scar her too much. So far, so good! You might recognize Alison from her PCs at Madrigal (Danielle), Aralis (Sade), Nero (Rillien), or from her escapades as an Endgame NPC. She was immediately excited about 7V because of the distinct setting, the enormous creative effort being put in, and the chance to work with some truly terrific people.
Preferred Weapons Style: Staff and Spell Packets
Most Likely to Be Overheard Saying: "Oooh, that's a marvelous idea! I'm in!"
Caitlin F.
Scourge of the high seas and reaper of the souls of the damned, Caitlin compacts eons of timeless evil into a small package. Or so you must believe until she submits her staff bio and tells you otherwise.
Daryl B.
Once, in a distant galaxy, he ruled a great empire with an iron hand. But since his homeworld’s sun went supernova, consuming all he once knew, he has had to content himself with helping run Seven Virtues. Needless to say, former galactic despots have little time to fill out staff bios.
Doal B.
Doal started his larping career as a Wildlands NPC. After the campaign ended, he participated in various backyard games before taking a four year hiatus from larping (aka Military Service). Upon returning to the LARP scene in 2003, he staffed and played in varius games, including NERO Ashbury (staff) and NERO Northlands of Evendar (Staff), and is currently perticipating in NERO Volta (staff), NERO Ravenholt (PC), Madrigal (PC), Aralis 2 (PC), Pirates (PC), and NERO Kaurath (PC, yes I do plan to return). "I joined 7V staff for a chance to get in on the ground floor of a larp for once, and because Melissa asked me... What, I don't have a problem, I can quit whenever I want... Stop snickering... Where's my sword?!"
Erin S.
Erin arrives at events in a carriage made from unicorn bones, drawn by six blind gryphons which whisper portents of doom with hissing tongues. Or she’s really nice and runs awesome plot AND makes pancakes for our NPCs. You’ll just have to guess which is true until she submits her staff bio.
Ilya M.
Russian Man of Mystery
Jane R.
When not saving the world one small Nazgul at a time, Jane may be found in a quiet corner, curled in a little ball and quoting from the works of Jane Austen or Terry Pratchett. Although she has not been LARPing half of her life, is quite fond of the Accelerant cul-er...fam-uh....system, and plans to stay until she makes all the PCs cry. ALL OF THEM.
Jesse K.
Jesse has been larping for Lo These Many Years in a variety of capacities. Perhaps best known for lurking in small, dark, shadowy places and then bringing terror and despair upon his emergence, Jesse also has not filled out his staff bio.
John M.
John played Jack Shale for many years back in old NERO. Jack was a rogue. John played a rogue in DLSR. In Madrigal he mixed it up a bit by playing a bit of a healer with all the abilities of a rogue. Finally in Aralis he played a rogue, followed by a rogue in Aralis II. After such a wide array of character types, he was surprised to learn that of them all he liked playing the rogue most of all.
If you get blown up by a trap in the world of Seven Virtues, it is possible that it was by someone else. Most likely though, you were blown up by a rogue.
Melissa C.
(Campaign Director)
Melissa has run plot for Atlas Agenda (Atlas I) and Madrigal, and even a couple of NERO Ravenholt events, long ago. She also directed a one-year Accelerant larp, Cavalier. She has been larping since 1993. Her super powers include not needing to stop talking to breathe and balancing things on her head, and her super weaknesses include liquids and adhesives. Her two daughters will someday conquer the world — ask anyone. After running Cavalier, she swore she would never run another larp again, because it was too much work. About 100 pages of campaign notes later, she was forced to admit that she was going to have to run just one more. But she can stop anytime. Really.
Rick P.
Rick started LARPing in 1989 at NERO. He played a permanent NPC (Ryulin Stargazer, running the Long Shadow Inn) and was on plot staff and did items logistics for Wildlands for its full five year run. He had so much fun running with Rob C. that when he extended the invitation to join Madrigal, Rick jumped on it in a heartbeat. He was on plot staff until he moved to CT in 1999 but continued to play his permanent NPCs, Joval and the reaper in death, until the end of the first arc. During that time he ran plot for NERO MA for 3 years and then moved on to doing character logistics for NERO MA for a couple of years. After the permanent death of his first NERO character, he decided that after 12 straight years of staffing it was time to give himself over to PCing for a while. Three years of that left him itching to staff again, so when Melissa appealed to some of his LARP passions like [censored for plot secrets] and [censored for plot secrets] for 7V, he just couldn't say 'no'.
Scott M.
Data Unicorn
Serin H.
A mad scientist and daughter of Hephaestus, Serin does crazy things with fire and metal. She and her pet bird spend their days weaving labyrinthine schemes to overthrow the galactic empire and seize control for themselves, all so that she won’t have to write her staff bio.
Treska C.
Treska was raised by genteel ravens in the belfry of an abandoned church in Leiden, the Netherlands. Her fine feathered foster parents taught her to be polite, social, and have an appreciation for shiny things. She has spent more hours gaming (both tabletop and LARP) than she cares to admit, and, in addition to the wonder that is Seven Virtues, has run plot for Cavalier and both incarnations of Atlas.
