2012 Events

February 17-19 - Full Weekend Event at Camp Woodstock

May 25-27 (Memorial Day Weekend) - Full Weekend Event at Camp Middlesex

October 12-14 - Full Weekend Event at Camp Middlesex


(Note: The October event is the campaign finale.)

Event Fee: $70

2012 Membership: $25


Pre-Registration


Pre-registration for the February event opens on Monday, 1/23.


Pre-register by sending your event fee via Paypal to 7v@eaglepasscamp.com.


Please include:

  1. *Your real-life name as you commonly use it

  2. *Your character’s name as it is known to other players IG (do not use a secret name, as the pre-reg list is made public)

  3. *The date of the event you’re registering for; if you’re also paying membership, please indicate that as well.

  4. *The names of any other players & characters you are paying for

Important Notes About Pre-Registration


  1. *If you cannot pay by Paypal, contact us at info@sevenvirtueslarp.com to pre-reg, and we will tell you where to send a check.

  2. *If you can pay, but not right now, contact us in advance to arrange a pay date. 

  3. *Also use the info address if you are paying through unusual means, like rolling a previous payment for an event you couldn’t attend into this event.

  4. *If you have genuine financial hardship that prevents you from paying when pre-reg opens, contact us in advance and we can work something out.  If your financial hardship is so severe that you’re having trouble affording events at all, please contact us rather than missing events; we may be able to work out an arrangement to reduce your event fee in return for services to the game.


  1. *Membership for 2012 is now due.  Membership covers our annual costs, such as insurance and storage.  Membership for 2012 does not include the cost of Virtue Rings or School Pendants; you must pay for those separately if you need them.

First Time Players


Before you can pre-register for your first Seven Virtues event, you MUST:

  1. *Have an approved character history on file

  2. *Have an IG Admission Form on file

  3. *Pay membership (you can pay membership and pay for the event at the same time if desired).


PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO PRE-REGISTER WITHOUT COMPLETING THESE THREE REQUIREMENTS.
